HEALTHY PRODUCTIVITY HABITS by Pick up Limes

Watching this Youtube video really made me think about the things that I´ve been doing in my life for the last years.  Sometimes our life is in a rush and we totally forget about cultivating healthy habits for our lives.  Why are healthy habits so important? You might be wondering, but the truth is that having these can really positively change your life, you become way more organized and you more productive. So these are the two that I believe can really impact your life.

1. Setting the number 1 priority, you

This first tip is about taking care of you.  Being an adult is sometimes hard especially when you start working or in parenthood, nonetheless, that should not be like this. Pampered you is important, something that you deserve, you have worked for so long many hours that you really deserve a shower with hot water or eating your favorite food, self - esteem is also included here. If you don´t take care of your own, no one will do it for you. Spoiling yourself sometimes does not mean to be selfish, think more about you, estimated yourself, realized that you are important and worthy.


2. Listening to Audiobooks 

Audiobooks can be very useful, you can actually learn a lot from them. As the girl from the video said it is like having a personal coach in your life. Listening to those books can enhance your life, you will feel more inspired and motivated to do more things during the day. Furthermore, you will get valuable knowledge of life, you will learn how to deal with difficult situations. 

In conclusion, getting habits for our lives may sound kinda tedious and it might be difficult to adapt during the first weeks, but if you are persistent and determined to reach the best in your life, you will succeed, these habits won´t be tasks to complete during the day, instead, they will become part of your daily routine.
